Anyway, all you whisky hoarding grainiacs should stop messing about with whisky (except our bottlings, naturally) and give these Cognacs a spin! Dried fruits, earths, tobacco and rancio with a slender drizzle of honey over the top – there are abundant pleasures to be had with these old spirits.
