Claridad Maguey Espadin Angustifolia Joven is a Mezcal produced in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is made from agave Espadin Angustifolia plants that are roasted in an underground pit oven, stone crushed, fermented in open-air wooden vats, and double distilled in copper pot stills. This Joven (young) Mezcal is unaged, allowing the natural flavors of the agave to shine through. It has a smooth, balanced taste with notes of smoke, earth, and citrus. It is best enjoyed neat or in cocktails. The bottle size is 700 ml.
