Chteau La Rabotine is a family domaine in the northern Sury-en-Vaux sub-region of Sancerre, where the Roblin family has cultivated vines since the 1920s. Alban Roblin grandson of celebrated vigneron Georges Roblin took over the estate in 2010, farming organically across old vines averaging over 40 years in age, on rocky, stone-blanketed hillsides at around 280 meters elevation. The altitude and wind that funnels through the valley keeps the fruit healthy and disease-free without compromise.

The 2024 Sancerre Ros is 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the monopole “L’Erable” hand-picked, completely destemmed, and bladder pressed, with the juice flowing by gravity to tank and bottled with only light fining and no filtration. No saigne, no additives, no shortcuts. Fresh and alive with Damson plum and whispers of huckleberry, dry with 100% natural acidity length, body, finesse, and balance in a glass.
