The inaugural release of Chteau de Pez’s second wine, crafted from young vineyard blocks with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. A warm 2019 harvest produced fresh, precise fruitwild strawberry on the nose with grainy tannins, tobacco, and red currant on the finish. Grown sustainably on the oldest documented estate in Saint-Estphe, now owned by Champagne Louis Roederer.
