Les Blanches Fleurs lies on Beaune’s gentler lower slope, where deeper soils round Pinot Noir’s edges instead of sharpening them. Guillaume Bott and Tomoko Kuriyama don’t farm this one – they buy the fruit from growers working sustainably, then mostly get out of the way gentle extraction, restrained wood, nothing painted on top. The 2024 is red cherry and rose petal with a savory undertow, light on its feet, with tannins that read as texture rather than architecture.
