Catoctin Creek American Watershed is a small-batch rye whiskey made from 100% rye grain. It is distilled in Purcellville, Virginia, and aged in charred oak barrels for a minimum of two years. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a complex flavor profile of sweet caramel, spice, and oak. It is bottled at 90 proof and is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
