The tequila is made from 100 percent Blue Weber agave and finished with natural spring water, and the house built its reputation on that clarity: fresh, herbaceous aromatics of grapefruit and green apple, a semi-sweet agave palate warmed by pepper and clove, and a crisp, light finish with a hint of almond.
