Casa Dragones Blanco, a small-batch sipping tequila from Jalisco, goes straight from still to bottle at 80 proof no barrel time, nothing to hide behind. The tequila is made from 100 percent Blue Weber agave and finished with natural spring water, and the house built its reputation on that clarity: fresh, herbaceous aromatics of grapefruit and green apple, a semi-sweet agave palate warmed by pepper and clove, and a crisp, light finish with a hint of almond. Batches stay deliberately small, which is why the bottle shows up on so many best-blanco lists.
