Caravedo Mosto Verde Pisco is a premium Peruvian pisco made from the mosto verde distillation process. This process involves distilling the fermented grape juice before it has been completely fermented, resulting in a spirit with a unique flavor profile. Caravedo Mosto Verde Pisco is made from a blend of Muscat of Alexandria and Quebranta grapes, and is aged for at least three months in oak barrels.
