Chess Investigation returns with a seventh edition, a 2007 vintage marked by 4 years of maturation in first-fill sherry casks. The combination of the sweetness of the sherry and the strength of the peat tells us a little more about the dual personality of the culprit. A remarkable harmony between these two profiles, which are in opposition to each other but which complement each other wonderfully.
