Obtained from Inzolia and Catarrattograpes, it fully encapsulates the areathanks to the characteristics brought bythe volcanic soils, rich in magnesiumand potassium, the lack of water and theintense sunshine. It is a white wine ofgreat distinction, with strong hints of ripefruit and exotic fruits. The wine has thetypical sensations of the mediterraneanscrub. It has the intense flavour of whitepeach. Excellent with hors doeuvres,fish and seafood.
