Camus XO is a premium French cognac created in 1888. It is made from a blend of both Borderies and Grand Champagne crus, with over eighty per cent of the blend coming from the Borderies. The result is an exceptionally rich and luscious spirit, with notes of dried fruits, roasted coffee beans, rich praline, and dark chocolate. On the palate, the spirit is smooth and creamy, with lingering notes of hazelnut and sweet almond. Camus XO makes an excellent companion for after dinner conversation.
