A superb single grain whisky from the sadly silent Cambus Distillery.

This whisky was distilled in the last years of Cambuss operation, with the distillery closing for good in 1993.

The spirit has been matured for three decades in a single refill Sherry butt, having been bottled by Signatory Vintage inDecember2021.

This dram has been matured for three full decades in a refill butt, the spirit has had plenty of time to develop notes of oaky richness.

Expect notes of vanilla, buttery pastry, jammy red berries, oats, intensely sweet oak, bright grain, butterscotch, freshly baked cake, hay, slight mint and soft cinnamon.
