This 2017 Calder Family Shiraz is no exception, characterized by its rich and deep aroma profile, a dark, almost inky color, ripe, velvety tannins and an amazingly long finish. Matured for 12 months in a combination of new and used American and French oak barriques, it is ready to drink now or it will continue to improve for the next 5-10 years.

As a general rule Shiraz pairs very well with grilled meats, vegetables, wild game and beef stew.
