Bruichladdich Octomore 13.3 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Islay distillery of Bruichladdich. It is the thirteenth release of the Octomore series, and is made from 100% Scottish barley, which has been heavily peated to 167ppm. The whisky is then matured in first-fill American oak casks for a minimum of five years. The result is a whisky with a smoky, peaty aroma and a rich, sweet, and spicy flavor. The finish is long and complex, with notes of smoke, peat, and oak.
