Bouzy is the grandest Grand Cru on the Montagne de Reims for Pinot Noir, and this Blanc de Noirs is 100% of it, grown right on that famous hill. Champagne Brice has roots in Bouzy going back generations, and Jean-Paul Brice founded this house in 1994; sons Jean-Rene and Remi run it now. This is the 2020 base, a brut bottling that puts the village’s chalk-grown Pinot front and center. Expect the breadth and red-fruited weight that only Bouzy Pinot delivers, with the structure to drink now or hold a few years.
