Boyar – de Bar is the product of a winemaking partnership between childhood friendsthat spans across two very different appellations. Vincent Boyar brings the expertiseand prestige from his Domaine in Burgundy, and Emmanuel Lucas De Bar bringsincredible organically grown grapes from his vineyards in Languedoc (South of France).The idea was simple, make delicious and affordable wines from fruit vinified in the exactsame way as Vincents top Meursaults. The results are wines that showcase the brightpleasure of the sunny south with serious Burgundian quality.

The Boyar-de Bar La Glacire Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is a vibrant and refreshingexpression of the varietal, characterized by its crisp acidity and bright aromatic profile.On the nose, the wine offers an inviting bouquet of citrus zest, green apple, and subtleelderflower notes, with a noticeable mineral edge.
