Overview

Boya is produced by Garces Silva, a family-owned winery located in the Leyda Valley of Chile. The name “Boya” refers to the buoys used by local fishermen, a nod to the coastal influence that defines this cool-climate wine region. Made with certified organic grapes, Boya Sauvignon Blanc reflects the fresh, maritime character of the Leyda Valley, one of Chile’s most exciting appellations for white wine.

Tasting Notes

Bright and expressive with aromas of citrus, passionfruit, and fresh herbs. On the palate, it is crisp and lively with vibrant acidity, tropical fruit notes, and a clean, refreshing finish with a subtle mineral quality.

Pairing

Pairs well with seafood, ceviche, goat cheese, light salads, and herb-driven dishes. A versatile and food-friendly white wine.
