This mezcal is produced using traditional methods, including roasting the agave hearts in an underground pit oven, crushing them with a tahona stone wheel, fermenting the juices in wooden vats, and distilling in copper pot stills.The result is a smooth and complex mezcal with notes of smoke, earth, citrus, and pepper.
