Bookers Little Book Whisky is a limited-edition, small-batch bourbon whiskey produced by Jim Beam. It is bottled at a higher proof than most bourbons, and is aged for a minimum of eight years. It is a blend of six to eight-year-old bourbons, and is bottled at a cask strength of 128.9 proof. It has a deep amber color, and a rich, complex flavor with notes of oak, caramel, and spice.
