Blantons Gold Edition is the flagship bourbon whiskey from Blantons Distilling Company, an award-winning Kentucky distillery founded by James E. Pepper in 1936. Gold Edition whiskey is crafted in very limited quantities from a very special recipe that dates back to the 19th century, and is bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). The whiskey is aged for up to eight years in newly charred American white oak barrels, resulting in a unique flavor that’s deep and complex with notes of sweet honey and caramel. It’s well-balanced and smooth, with warm vanilla and spicy nutmeg flavors finishing off the full-bodied palate.
