Black Tot Finest Caribbean Rum is a blend of rums from Guyana, Jamaica, Barbados, and Trinidad. It is a blend of pot and column still rums aged for a minimum of three years in ex-bourbon barrels. The rum is then blended and bottled at 40% ABV. The nose is sweet and fruity with notes of banana, caramel, and oak. The palate is smooth and sweet with notes of vanilla, toffee, and oak. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of spice.
