• Nose: Orange peel, semi-sweet chocolate, freshly brewed espresso, and cracked pepper beef jerky
• Palate: Citron extract, espelette pepper, molasses, cigar box, peanut brittle, roasted almonds, and oak coals in a smoker
• Finish: Damp leather and brown sugar ride a wave of complexity all the way to shore
