This bourbon was hand-selected by Samara, the founder of BBS, and is aged for a minimum of 8 years in new American oak barrels. It has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and baking spices. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of sweetness. This is a great bourbon for sipping neat or on the rocks.
