The Balcones Cataleja Texas Single Malt is a 750ml bottle of whiskey made from Texas barley, including a single malt-style aged version. It is produced in Waco, Texas by Balcones Distillery, one of the pioneers in creating world-class whiskey native to the Lone Star State. The malt is made from Texas-grown barley and is aged in charred new American oak barrels. Cataleja has been noted for its unique profile, including notes of almond, buttery toffee, and light oak.
