This 21 year old whisky started its journey maturing in American Oak Ex-bourbon barrels for fifteen years however, its distinctive character was created by an extended further maturation period. We meticulously hand-selected the finest Spanish Oak casks seasoned with Oloroso wine for the final six years of the aging process; imparting spiced, fruity flavors and a deep, rich color.
