Classic Yamagata.Nandemo C is a collaboration project between a and Tohoku University of Technology students. “Nandemo C” is a pun meaning “delicious at any temperature” or “enjoyable every time.” A slightly dry and refreshing sake that is recommended for sake beginners, and which evolves depending on the temperature it is served at. Heated to 115, the flavor profile is similar but with more peep and almond notes, and a little less stonefruit.
