Avu Jequitib Rosa Aged Cachaa Single-sourced from the hills of Carmo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Hand-crafted and aged up to two years in a jequitib rosa cask, a high density, dark-colored hardwood found only in central and southern Brazil. Produced in a single barrel, this jequitib rosa aged cachaa is our third offering in a series of native wood experiments. The large vertical cask of dark, rich wood imparts a light fruity aroma with a delicate yet slightly bitter flavor. Enjoy it in cocktails, sipped neat, or paired with a cold beer.
