French oak barrels. This process gives our Extra Aejo tequila a full-bodied taste that critics have compared to a sophisticated Cognac or Armagnac. Tasting Notes:At first you are pleasantly surprised by the sweet, delicate, honey-like opening aroma. Palate opens to a rich vanilla while the honey component expands to include butter cream and toffee, yielding a smooth caramel finish.
