TheBellini cocktail, created by Giuseppe Cipriani, is a long drink based on Prosecco and peach puree, created as an homage to the painter Giovanni Bellini.

Much like the Cipriani Bellini, this is slightly stronger at 8% (compared to 5.5%).

From the very first sip the palate is delighted by a lively sparkle that brings out the sweetness of the peach puree, which in turn balances the slight tart note of the sparkling wine.
