Two Blondes is Andrew Will’s estate vineyard outside Zillah in the Yakima Valley, planted in 2000 and named for Chris Camarda’s late wife Annie and partner Bill Fleckenstein’s wife Melody. Cabernet Franc has quietly become one of Washington’s most compelling varieties, and Andrew Will has been at the front of that conversation for years. The 2021 is a warm-vintage wine that still keeps the variety’s signature herbal lift and floral edge while gaining weight in the middle. Camarda’s preferred approach, structured but not extracted, gives it both early drinkability and a long runway.
