Our point of seperation is aging in four different char, 30 gallon barrels. The barrels are rotated every 3 months for temperature averaging. The result is a deeper color and flavor as well as strong yet approachable taste. The high corn mash bill sweetens the finish and tempers the burn. This is really special bourbon in a special design patented bottle.
We use 30 gallon, versus the more common 55 gallon, new oak barrels of the highest quality. We age in Char 2, 3, 4 and 5 barrels in a proprietary formula at high altitude. Then, we rotate barrels for over 2 years and bottle both a 92 proof and Cask Strength straight bourbon. The mash bill is 98% corn and 2% barley. Result: Strong, rich yet approachable award-winning bourbon.
