Alley 6 Rye Whiskey is a small-batch rye whiskey made in the heart of the Finger Lakes region of New York. It is made from a mash of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, and is aged for at least two years in new, charred American oak barrels. The whiskey has a spicy, robust flavor with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. It is bottled at 90 proof and is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
