Alexander Schregel is reshaping Rheingau Riesling from his young winery in Rdesheim, having secured parcels in the prestigious Lorch Kapellenberga small, steeply-terraced Grosse Lage vineyard known for remarkable concentration. Fermented with wild yeasts, unfined and lightly sulfited, the wine shines with delicate herbal notes, bright blossoms, and a saline structure anchored by substantial mineral depth. The organic, biodynamic farming of these ancient, low-yielding vines produces a Riesling with purity and presence.
