It pulls fruit from across the estate’s holdings in the hills around the village, ages about two years in large oak casks, and comes out floral and lifted, all roses, violets, and pomegranate over the firm, fine-grained tannins that make Nebbiolo so ageworthy. The 2022 is already approachable but has the structure to reward a few years in the cellar. If you love Barolo but want something a touch more elegant and open, this is your bottle.
