Every drop of Elyx is made from winter wheat grown on one single estate in southern Sweden. The Rbelf estate has been cultivating its wheat since the 1400s. The region has the ideal climate for producing winter wheat, with dry, cold winters and long, warm summers.

Elyx is made entirely by hand in a vintage copper column still from 1921. Thousands of copper packets are used sacrificially, removing unwanted compounds and contributing to a rich and flavorful final product. The skill and experience of manual distillation produces a luxury vodka with unparalleled character and flavor.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose:Clean, rich, rounded, fresh bread and notes of white chocolate and light cereal and with a deep mellow spice.
• Palate:Full bodied, luscious silky mouthfeel with waves of rich macadamia nuts, creamed cereal and garnishes of white chocolate and buttery notes of freshly baked bread. Light fresh nuttiness with a well-balanced hint of mellow spice and pure balanced richness.
• Finish:Rounded mellow spice with fresh nuttiness and a well balanced warm smooth finish.

Absolut Elyx is a single estate vodka made from winter wheat grown on the Rbelf estate in southern Sweden. It is distilled in a 1921 copper column still, and is then filtered through birch charcoal and then through copper mesh. The vodka is then bottled in a copper-plated bottle, which is meant to represent the copper still used in the distillation process. The vodka has a smooth, creamy texture and a slightly sweet taste. It is best served chilled or over ice.
