Absinthia Barrel Aged is a limited edition absinthe, produced by the Absinthia Distillery in San Francisco, California. It is aged in small oak barrels for six months, which imparts a unique flavor and aroma to the absinthe. Absinthia Barrel Aged is said to be one of the most complex absinthes available, offering aromas and flavors of anise, wormwood, and oak. The 750ml bottle is slightly higher-strength than other Absinthia products, coming in at 68% ABV.
